About the Role

Freshmart is seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and preparation of menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising a team of kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Estimation: Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers, while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
