Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at S & S TRUCK AND TRAILERS SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our goods production department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select middle managers, directors, and executive staff, and create optimal working conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Willingness to travel regularly
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload. The position is permanent, with a 32-40 hour workweek and a requirement to work in English or French.
