Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at OMNICONSTRUCT ADVISORS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's operations, including allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the organization's operations, including allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.

Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
