The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development and sales processes, targets, KPIs, budgeting, pipeline management, commercial terms and conditions, and contract law.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is required. Strong presentation, negotiating, and closing skills are essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization, and erection practices is highly desirable.
