Culinary Operations Manager

At Tony\u0027s Pasta & Seafood House, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers\u0027 complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • 3-4 people or 5-10 people under supervision
