Joining Dentsu Creative as a Digital Transformation Director, you will be part of a dynamic network that brings ideas to life in new and exciting ways. As an integral member of the Account team, you will collaborate with talented professionals across the world to create a truly inclusive culture where everyone thrives and achieves their best work.

This is a client-focused position that requires a passion for digital innovation and a proven ability to lead tactical efforts across all client digital initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, Client Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to identify growth opportunities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

  • Provide digital strategic leadership to identify growth opportunities in collaboration with client and internal teams.
  • In collaboration with product and creative leadership groups across the network, plan, structure and lead digital engagements based on client needs.
  • Responsible for day-to-day digital client contact and cross-functional team operations.
  • Manage and foster relationships with key digital clients, liaising with them regularly.
  • Oversee internal digital team and lead majority of client communications, set expectations, and manage quality of deliverables to deadline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years in a management position, ideally in an agency environment, leading multiple top-tier clients across their digital campaign and development initiatives.
  • Experience across a range of verticals including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma and Financial.
  • A strong leader who understands how to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Experience in account planning, budget forecasting and financial reporting.
