Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team at TAG HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on challenging and rewarding cases in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including motion records, pleadings, affidavits, and trial records.
- Represent clients at discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, pre-trials, trials, and hearings.
- Manage all aspects of litigation files, including settlement negotiations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with plaintiff-side personal injury experience being an asset.
- Expertise in Tort law, Accident Benefits, and the Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, document management, legal accounting, and docketing software.
- The ability to work independently on client files and prioritize with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage diplomatically with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
