Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
