We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at THE CHOPPED LEAF. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our food service operations.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, providing valuable insights into our performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
