Job Overview:

Aspire Bakeries, a leading North American baking company, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our SAP systems and supporting our broader manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory counts, and providing exceptional leadership to your team.
  • Manage and motivate others to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Inventory Supervisors and Purchasing Teams, to achieve optimal inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies and scanning errors, reporting findings to the Inventory Supervisor.
  • Maintain daily communication between SAP Clerk and Warehouse team to support timely clearing of COGI, negative errors, and PSA reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum high school education and 2-3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the SAP system, as well as proficiency in Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines, with good knowledge of inventory management and food safety practices.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
