Job Title: Heavy Haul Truck Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Standard Truck & Crane Ltd. As a Heavy Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country in a safe and timely manner. Your duties will include operating and maintaining a straight or articulated truck, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring the safety and security of the cargo. A valid Class 1 License and CDL A certification are required for this position. Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 License and CDL A certification
  • Experience in the trucking industry
  • Ability to perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Regular travel is required, and you must be willing to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
