Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in the rail industry, specifically in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects;
  2. Mentoring junior colleagues to ensure project activities align with company procedures and standards;
  3. Innovating new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices;
  4. Planning and executing project activities to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction;
  5. Providing technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals;
  6. Conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to ensure client safety and satisfaction;
  7. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive project success;
  8. Assuming leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
