We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SMOKE POUTINERIE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food to meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and lift up to 25 kg
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
