Job Summary

SOL RECYCLING is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including emptying trash cans and making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with tradespersons to address major repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.

The language of work is English.
