Job Title: Web Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Project Manager to join our team at Dr. Marketing. As a Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of web projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of web designers, developers, and project coordinators to achieve project goals.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all web projects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web development.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
