Job Title: Web Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Project Manager to join our team at Dr. Marketing. As a Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of web projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage web projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing web projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
