The Director, Genuine will own the digital strategy and operational execution for piracy prevention and conversion, driving aggressive growth targets for Autodesk Genuine Software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to prevent software piracy and convert users to genuine software subscribers.
  • Lead a team of growth managers, data analysts, campaign operations, and product designers to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with License Compliance sales team and Identity & Licensing team to ensure effective execution of tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or data science, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of business strategy experience in a startup or growth business.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Ideal experience in related areas, such as licensing, conversion, piracy, and digital engagement.
