Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bumble Bee Foods, LLC is a leading name in the seafood industry, dedicated to providing nutritious and affordable products to consumers. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources strategies with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with leadership and the HR team.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to accurately assess staffing requirements and formulate effective hiring plans.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost brand visibility and social media engagement that align with our operational objectives.
- Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges, offering strategic solutions.
- Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning HR initiatives with the objectives of various business units.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage employee relations, performance assessments, and talent development.
- Analyze HR metrics to evaluate the success of talent acquisition and HR initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support change management efforts within the HR team.
- Engage in special projects as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional service with a professional demeanor.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and HR partnership.
- Proven track record in sourcing and securing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain productive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and influencing outcomes.
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on efficiency and improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to connect with top talent.
