Executive Director / Head of School Opportunity

Absorb the challenge of leading Abbotsford Christian School as our next Executive Director / Head of School. As the chief administrator, you will be directly accountable to the ACS Board of Directors and will be responsible for advising on policy, decision-making, and long-range planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement policies, decisions, and plans using available staff, volunteers, and financial resources.
  • Model ACS' core values and beliefs, adhering to the ACS Community Standards.
  • Inspire innovative education, foster team synergy, and operate as a servant leader.
  • Motivate, encourage, challenge, hold accountable, and empower the ACS Leadership Team.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, honesty, and wisdom in all interactions.
  • Communicate the vision and educational philosophy of ACS to staff, the ACS Society, the wider Christian community, and the provincial government.
Requirements:

  • Adherence to the ACS Community Standards.
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and inspire others.
  • Experience in education and leadership.
