About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installation Specialist to join our team at BASIC WINDOW AND DOOR. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Maintain Work Materials and Supplies: Ensure that all necessary materials and tools are available and in good condition for each installation.
  • Utilize Hand and Power Tools: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints, Maps, Drawings, and Specifications: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure that installations are completed according to plan.
  • Organize and Direct Construction of Decks and Decorative or Retaining Walls: Oversee the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, ensuring that they are built to code and meet customer expectations.
  • Install Exterior and Interior Steel Studs: Safely install exterior and interior steel studs to ensure a secure and stable installation.
  • Install Carpeting on Walls or Other Surfaces: Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces to complete the installation and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Install Door, Window, and Other Hardware: Install door, window, and other hardware to complete the installation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
