Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
