Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at ATTI-Ace Trades and Technical Institute. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff
Recruit, hire, and train sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Prepare Sales ReportsPrepare regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Resolve Customer IssuesRespond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Supervise Sales TeamSupervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of sales staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Manage Sales ContractsManage sales contracts and negotiate with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Assess Market OpportunitiesAssess potential market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Work Term and LanguageThis is a permanent position, and the primary language of communication is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 35 hours per week.
