As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing and presenting quotations to customers for various products and/or projects and forwarding to the Sales Department for follow up.

  • Updating records for each project quoted.
  • Updating Calendar of projects to be quoted for communication to sales reps and vendors.
  • Filling in order sheets so they are clear for the project administrators to process (for purchase orders received by customers).
  • Responding to questions and/or inquiries and providing information pertaining to products or projects being quoted.
  • Preparing bids on projects.
  • Managing contracts the Company has entered into.
  • University/College Diploma an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
