Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
