We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lawlor Enterprises Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain high-quality food and service standards, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet business needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
