We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at GHM Enterprises Inc.

Job Description

The Early Childhood Education Specialist will be responsible for assisting early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers
  • Supporting early childhood educators in developing and maintaining records
  • Engaging children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafting
  • Preparing snacks and setting up rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods
  • Submitting written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Discussing progress and challenges with staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
