- Use proprietary software tools for accurate and timely case management and claims submission.
- Collaborate with team leadership to address and resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare client communications and contribute to policy and procedure updates.
- Verify data and processing requirements, handling corrections efficiently.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN); experience in orthopedics, disability case management, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Bilingual in Canadian French and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with databases preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
