About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at ProPainting Solutions Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in painting and wall covering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate work schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Equipment and Machinery Operation: Operate various painting equipment and machinery, including brushes, rollers, and conventional spray painting systems.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the painting industry.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, bend, crouch, and kneel; physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, and a client-focused approach.
