Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer 3 to join our team at Williams Engineering Canada. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on various projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leads to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they meet technical standards and best practices.
  • Act as a technical specialist, providing expert advice and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in electrical engineering, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, reports, and other technical documents.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • P.Eng. status with a recognized provincial association.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Professional Engineer.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Deltek Vision, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and AGI 32 Software.
