Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Disinfection and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Trash and Debris: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Special Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
