We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy Professional to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Energy Systems Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality custom solutions for our clients using innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary staff to create high-quality custom solutions for clients using innovative technologies.
- Develop and implement improved and more efficient modelling and analysis methodologies for energy project deliverables.
- Organize the workload of technicians and junior engineers to ensure that project deadlines are met and final deliverables align with client expectations.
- Represent J.L. Richards & Associates Ltd. and the Energy Systems Engineering Discipline in working with clients to guide, support, and develop project solutions that meet their—and our planet's—needs.
- Support the growth of the Energy Systems Engineering team through external initiatives (business development and marketing) and internal initiatives (mentoring and peer review).
- 10 – 30+ years of experience in energy systems, renewable energy systems, and consulting engineering.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills in energy systems engineering and renewable energy systems.
