Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs and projects, driving business outcomes, and collaborating with technical leads to define and execute program plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company-wide programs to prepare all teams and offerings for Tax Season
  • Lead program management for cross-functional Intuit-wide programs, working closely with technical leads on defining and rolling out a program plan and executing the overall strategy across Intuit
  • Connect the dots across various programs within the technology organization to simplify the 'why/what/how' and help create a cohesive portfolio or a strategy
  • Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
  • Work collaboratively with leaders in your space to drive the project/program and overall Intuit strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes
  • Drive and provide data-driven recommendations to execute, monitor, and communicate progress, trade-offs, or decisions needed

Requirements

  • Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques
  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
  • Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Agile training and experience preferred
