FITOOR is a leading hospitality provider seeking a dedicated and skilled Dining Room Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests by providing top-notch service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting our kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a spotless dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Dish Preparation and Service: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits. Operate dishwashers and sanitize dishes by hand as needed. Provide impeccable table settings and serve meals with a smile.
  • Supplies and Inventory Management: Restock condiments, linens, and other supplies as required. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Kitchen Support: Collaborate with our kitchen staff to prepare and present meals. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
