Job Title: Wealth Associate

Join National Bank Financial as a Wealth Associate and contribute to the success of our clients and team members. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our investment advisors, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests
  • Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
  • Manage client files, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions
  • Analyze and update client files, producing portfolio management reports as needed
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading investment brokerage firm in Canada, with a team of close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As a Wealth Associate, you will work closely with a wealth advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience, leveraging collaboration and partnership to drive success.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
