Senior Manager, Marketing

Join Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Manager, Marketing, and contribute to the company's success in shaping the future of Canadian retail. This role is a key part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute media plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated multichannel efforts.
  • Act as a business partner with the Loblaw Digital Demand Generation team to devise annual and seasonal digital media plans.
  • Work closely with Brand and PR Marketing teams to develop compelling media support plans.
  • Establish annual channel roadmaps to operationalize top-down OKRs and deliver business objectives through media.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in media planning and execution, including 3-4 years of experience developing a team of digital media practitioners.
  • Strong people management skills and proven leadership skills in handling cross-functional efforts.
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital media ecosystem, including ad tech and data providers.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data.
