We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Ideal Air Inc.
Job SummaryThe Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
- Language: English.
The Senior Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals.
