Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team at GJE Transport and General Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Maintain financial records
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and initiative
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
