About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Spirit Halloween Consignment store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring maximum profitability, and maintaining exceptional Guest Services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain Guest Services standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Control expenses and optimize inventory management to maximize profitability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store

Requirements:



  • A minimum age requirement of 21 years old
  • Prior retail management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical demands of the job require standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Spirit Halloween merchandise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own employment benefits and wages, which will be negotiated directly with the consignment operator.


Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
