This position plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, requisitioning necessary items as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Tray Assembly and Food Order Summaries: Supervise and check assembly of trays, preparing summaries for the chef.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-6 months of experience in food service management;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Familiarity with inventory management and reporting procedures.
