Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JACK & JONES in Toronto Premium Outlets. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Evaluate, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures.
  • Collaboration with District Manager: Partner with the District Manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.
  • Talent Development: Foster in-store talent and identify future leaders by promoting internal team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Track record in maintaining operational excellence, including analyzing KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with opening new stores and a background in visual merchandising.
