HAB97 FRIED CHICKEN AND MEXICAN CANTINA is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role requires attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
