Contract Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Reconomy is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Windsor. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete assignments for the inspection, collection, analysis, and reporting of residential Blue Box materials.
- Support the pre-transition efforts for the province-wide Common Collection System (CCS) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists, analyze data, and submit invoices accordingly.
- Request, receive, review, and file all compliance documents by contract deadlines.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve contract deficiencies/violations in a timely manner.
- Provide support and training to Receiving Facility (RF) and Eligible Community (EC) Contractor(s) to ensure contract compliance and data reporting requirements are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of operational contract administration and compliance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience meeting deliverables while working remotely at various locations.
- Project Management experience would be considered an asset.
- Proven experience working in an operational environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with data analytics, logistics, waste management service delivery, contract management, project management, and communications.
