Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wilson's Business Solutions. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
