Job DescriptionThis role involves independently setting up, operating, and performing preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment to ensure quality part production within reasonable time frames when problems arise due to mechanical failures.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate possession of an Industrial Millwright's license (433A) for the Province of Ontario or equivalent certification from a bona fide apprenticeship;
- Exhibit basic knowledge of mechanical systems or possess mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, pneumatics, robots, hydraulic presses, and mechanical presses;
- Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment failures, and identify root causes for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
- Read and understand blueprints, technical manuals, and work instructions for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
- Disassemble, reassemble, and test complex machinery and sub-assemblies;
