Job Title: Business Development Officer

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including market analysis, competitor research, and financial projections.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business development skills, market research skills, strategic planning skills, and relationship building skills.
