Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and intervene as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an approved Practical Nursing program.
  • CURRENT BCCNM registration and current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Experience working in long-term care settings, with a proven ability to handle complex situations.
  • A genuine empathy for older persons, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
