Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including vehicle repairs, maintenance, and accessories.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that we have the necessary parts and materials to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the profitability of the business.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions

  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
