Job Title: Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at Lord Motors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, including staff management, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient dealership operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
