Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team at Humber River Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with oncologists, palliative/supportive care physicians, and program leaders to provide comprehensive care and services to patients with cancer.

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, coordinating care, and providing direct services such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead education sessions to promote evidence-based practice among team members.

Requirements:

  • NP - Primary Health Care
  • Minimum 3 years experience in acute oncology and systemic therapy
  • Masters degree in Nursing
  • Member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, preferred
  • Oncology Nursing Certification (CNA), preferred
