Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all aspects of local residences are clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, removing garbage and recycling, cleaning light fixtures, and changing light bulbs/tubes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring use of environmentally friendly natural products where possible.
  • Reporting and Communication: Notify maintenance promptly of any needed repairs.
  • Laundry Services: Conduct extensive and professional laundering for elegant and upscale items.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum five years of cleaning experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven attention to punctuality and detail.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and comprehension skills.
  • Luxury Item Handling: Familiarity dealing with Luxury items.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
